This local clean air unit can be flexibly installed above areas requiring high cleanliness. It comprises a housing, fan, HEPA filter, vibration-damping layer and lighting. The compact unit can be suspended or floor-supported. HEPA-filtered air passes through a membrane or diffuser plate, producing uniform unidirectional airflow across the working area to maintain a clean environment.

GLOVE INTEGRITY TESTER

The unit checks gloves for damage, microleaks and air leakage, rapidly determining whether a glove is fit for use and generating a test report. It adds a verification step for aseptic operations and environments.

Operating principle: a booster pump inflates the glove to the set pressure, followed by a holding period. Leakage is determined from pressure decay. Used for glove testing in pharmaceutical, biological, medical, hygiene, chemical and radiological applications.
