Cleanroom (hospital, operating room)
Clean operating rooms utilize high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration systems to control microorganisms and particulate matter, maintaining a cleanliness level ranging from Class 10,000 to Class 100,000. Key features include strict temperature and humidity control (1827℃, 3070% humidity), a reasonable pressure gradient to prevent cross-contamination, low noise (≤60dB), and specialized airflow organization (such as laminar flow). The net height of the operating room depends on the design of the shadowless lamps and airflow. Work indicator lights are installed on the outer door; radiation-proof operating rooms have additional special requirements. The entire system ensures a safe surgical environment through positive pressure control and multi-stage purification processes.
