MIST SHOWER
A mist shower provides protection when handling highly contaminating products requiring dust containment. A key control point is the removal of protective garments and equipment at the clean area exit. Hazardous dust on garments and equipment must be safely treated to reduce operator exposure and environmental contamination.
CONFIGURATION
• Photoelectric sensor-activated mist spraying
• Airtight doors, electronic dual-door interlock and double-glazed tempered viewing window
• Two dedicated fans
• Siemens PLC and touchscreen
• H14 mini-pleat filter
• Stainless steel spray nozzles
• Stainless steel floor grating and collection sump
• SUS304 or SUS316L body

APPLICATIONS
Handling products with high contamination potential, especially toxic powders in pharmaceutical and chemical industries. High-pressure water is atomized through nozzles to wet dust on garments, preventing dispersal during gown removal. Multiple units can be connected.
