Laminar flow hood for injection molding machine

Air purification unit that provides a localized clean environment

Detail

Cleanroom Laminar Flow Hood Product Overview:

A cleanroom laminar flow hood is an air purification device that provides a localized Class A unidirectional flow clean environment. It mainly consists of a housing, fan, HEPA filter, damping layer, and lighting. It achieves uniform airflow distribution through a top-pressurized chamber, effectively isolating contaminant sources. It is suitable for industries with high cleanliness requirements, such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, and food. Compared to a complete cleanroom, laminar flow hoods offer advantages such as lower investment, faster installation, lower building requirements, and energy savings. They can be used independently or combined to form strip-shaped clean areas, flexibly adapting to different process needs.

Advantages:
**Flexible use: It can be flexibly installed above the process point as needed to meet the needs of local cleanliness.
**Low cost: Compared with traditional clean rooms, the investment of clean laminar flow hoods is lower, the installation is convenient, and the construction cost is saved.
**Quick effect: The installation and commissioning time of clean laminar flow hoods is short, and the needs of clean environment can be quickly met.
**Space saving: The clean laminar flow hood has a compact structure and saves plant space.
**Energy saving: The clean laminar flow hood has low energy consumption and can effectively reduce operating costs.
**Compact structure: The structure is compact and easy to use.
**Easy maintenance: The structure is simple and easy to maintain.

Specific use scenarios:
Precision machinery, electronics industry-pharmaceutical industry-food industry-fine chemical industry-scientific research field, etc.

Cleanroom Laminar Flow Hood Standard Technical Parameters & Customization Instructions:

Standard technical parameters for cleanroom laminar flow hoods include: a cleanliness level of 100 (Class A); an average air velocity in the working area controlled between 0.3 and 0.55 m/s, typically maintained at around 0.45 m/s; an adjustable airflow fan system, coupled with a stainless steel anemometer for real-time monitoring and feedback adjustment, ensuring stable airflow. Before installation, the air conditioning must run for at least 30 minutes, and the laminar flow hood must also run for 30 minutes before testing. Customization is available based on spatial layout, clean area length, airflow requirements, and materials (such as stainless steel or aluminum alloy). Single or modular layouts are supported to meet the cleanliness requirements of different process environments.
