Common frame materials&filter element materials& standard frame dimensions:
I. Common Frame Materials
The most common frame material is aluminum alloy (usually anodized for high strength, lightweight, and corrosion resistance). Galvanized steel or stainless steel can also be used depending on the application scenario to meet the requirements of different temperature, humidity, and cleanliness levels.
II. Common Filter Cartridge Materials
The core filter material is generally made of specialized ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper. For some lower-requirement applications, PP high-efficiency filter media may be used. Ultra-fine glass fiber has extremely high filtration efficiency for particles, bacteria, and dust as small as 0.3µm, with typical efficiencies reaching H13~U15 levels.
The filter layers are separated by hot-melt adhesive lines instead of traditional partitions, allowing for a larger filtration area with a thinner thickness, reducing air resistance and extending service life.
Frameless HEPA filters have standardized industry dimensions, but non-standard customization is also supported. Common specifications are as follows:
