Washable all-metal filter 

Washable metal mesh filters are primary filtration devices made of multiple layers of cross-laminated metal mesh, such as galvanized, aluminum, or stainless steel. They feature high strength, high temperature resistance (up to 250℃), pressure resistance, high porosity, and are washable. Suitable for intercepting large dust particles in ventilation systems, their efficiency meets G3-G4 (EN779) or MERV6-MERV7 (ASHRAE) standards. The outer frame can be made of aluminum, stainless steel, or galvanized steel and has good flame retardancy (DIN 53438 F1). Due to their washable and reusable nature, they reduce maintenance costs and are widely used in industrial and commercial air conditioning systems.

1.Ventilation systems for large civil buildings such as office buildings, conference rooms, hospitals, shopping malls, gymnasiums, airports, etc.

2. Centralized ventilation and air-conditioning systems for general factories

3. Primary filtration in centralized ventilation and air-conditioning systems for clean rooms.
