1. The FFU fan draws in air from the top, which is then filtered sequentially through a pre-filter and a high-efficiency filter, filtering over 99.97% of particles larger than 0.3µm.
2. The filtered clean air is delivered to the working area at a constant velocity, forming a vertical unidirectional flow that acts like a piston, carrying away dust and particles from the working area and maintaining its high cleanliness.
3. By adjusting the airflow, different cleanliness levels, from Class 100 to Class 300,000, can be achieved.
