BAG-IN/BAG-OUT FILTER SYSTEM (BIBO)
The Bag-In/Bag-Out filter system, abbreviated BIBO, is also used for ducted HEPA exhaust filtration. During operation, filters retain highly active or highly toxic aerosols, so replacement must prevent any contact with the external environment. The entire replacement procedure takes place inside a sealed bag, preventing hazardous aerosol release and reducing biological risks to personnel and the environment.
STANDARD CONFIGURATION
• Each filter module: 3,400 m³/h
• Plastic containment bag
• Differential pressure gauge
OPTIONS
• Bio-tight isolation valve
• Pre-/intermediate filter section
• Dust collector
• In-situ scanning device, motorized or manual
• Base support frame and transition connection
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
• H13 filtration: 99.99%
• Leak rate: 0.01%
• Operating temperature: up to 60 °C
• Pressure resistance: ≥ 2,500 Pa positive and 3,000 Pa negative; reliable filter replacement

APPLICATIONS
Removal of harmful chemical, biological, radioactive and toxic substances from air. The system confines contaminants within the filter in the BIBO housing until replacement and incineration. Bio-tight isolation valves and appropriate accessories are required during use.
