Clean bench (horizontal flow/vertical flow)

A clean bench is a box-type air purification device that can provide a local dust-free, clean, and sterile working environment with a grade of 100 (ISO grade 5) for local operating environments. It can also artificially control the discharge of polluted air in the working area through a special filtering channel to avoid harm to people and the environment.
Detail

Clean bench, also known as ultra-clean bench, is a box-type air purification device that provides a local dust-free and sterile working environment. Its main feature is that it can create a local one-way flow type dust-free and sterile operating area to ensure the cleanliness and sterile environment of the working area, usually Class 100 cleanliness.

Structure:
The clean bench is mainly composed of the main components such as the box, fan, high-efficiency filter, and electrical controller. Through the mutual cooperation of these components, a local one-way flow type dust-free and sterile working environment can be created, thereby achieving the purpose of cleanliness.

Working principle:
The filtered clean air is sent into the working area through a one-way airflow. The specific process is as follows:
The fan sucks in the indoor air and performs the primary filtration through the pre-filter-the air enters the static pressure box, and then passes through the high-efficiency filter for secondary filtration to remove most of the dust particles and microbial particles-the filtered clean air is blown out through the horizontal or vertical airflow at a certain wind speed, taking away the air in the working area, forming a one-way flow type aseptic working environment.

Application:
The clean workbench is widely used in scientific research and production departments that require a local clean and aseptic working environment, such as medicine and health, biopharmaceuticals, food, medical science experiments, optics, electronics, sterile laboratories, sterile microbiological testing, plant tissue culture inoculation, etc.
